Wow!\u00c2\u00a0 This is a huge responsibility and tends to make your mind go blank when you actually sit down at the keyboard.\u00c2\u00a0 So the journey today was more about staying afloat than rising to excellence.\u00c2\u00a0 But I guess that is what life really is all about, the ups and downs, goods and bads, happy days and sad days…\u00c2\u00a0 In the end, what you choose to do next is the most important.\u00c2\u00a0 Do you give in and let the tough stuff\u00c2\u00a0 take you out?\u00c2\u00a0 Do you get up and take the next step?\u00c2\u00a0 Do you tell everyone about the day you just had or do you focus on how grateful you are for having one more day?\u00c2\u00a0 I guess my response tends to be to take the next step and focus on gratitude.\u00c2\u00a0 It keeps me balanced, happy and aware that it’s not all about me anyway.\u00c2\u00a0 I am here to serve others and make a difference.\u00c2\u00a0 If that means not blowing up at my kids for fighting over the Nintendo games, again; being thankful that I am able to get them the food they need\u00c2\u00a0instead\u00c2\u00a0of dreading the grocery store or overlooking the messy floor knowing that I see the mess because I am able to be home with my kids; then I guess my journey for personal excellence will continue tomorrow.\u00c2\u00a0 Today was a bump in the road, but I took the bump with my family and tomorrow I will take the next step!<\/p>\n
